Reflection:  This quote by Richard L. Evans is absolutely true of what he is saying. He says that we all need to start and continue to do the things we need to do and also have the courage to stop what we shouldn't do. There are many examples of this such as when we need the courage to start something and continue it an example of this situation is school. We all start school and we will finish school eventually but we can never stop once we have started we need to have courage to no stop and continue with school. A example of stopping what we should not be doing is doing drugs and doing things we know we should  not be doing. It does take courage to stop because nowadays there is so much peer pressure and bullying going on between teenagers which will make it hard for a teenager to stop what they should not be doing. “We need to START and CONTINUE what we should do, and the courage to STOP what we shouldn’t do.”
