Demand: The demand for this job is high because there are not that many nurses that help the patients as much as the licensed practical nurse does so it's high in demand.

Reflection: I would not like to be a licensed practical nurse even though that this career is a very good one with not that many education requirements with the nice annual salary. It's not a career that i would like to pursue because there are more people trying to become this because it's high in demand so there would be enough LPN already.
