Reflection: Brigham Young shares with us a very good quote that can bring answers to questions like why people don't have a lot of freedom or why that aren’t allowed a lot of independence. Brigham Young says, “True independence and freedom can only exist in doing what’s right.” in this quote he says that teenagers and children can have independence and freedom only if you do what is right 24/7. A example of this is if  you have bad grades then you will not be given freedom because you did not do the right thing at school to earn a good grade. An example of being given freedom and independence is if you do have good grades and you did what you were supposed to do then you will be given independence and freedom. A lot of students don’t do what they’re supposed to do like doing chores, not doing their work, and not choosing the right. For those reasons they aren’t given freedom to go out and have fun or given independence to do things themselves and yet they still ask why they do not have any freedom and independence.
